Recently, a rare studio recording of Yes covering The Beatles‘ Eleanor Rigby appeared online. It’s said to have been recorded by producer John Anthony at Polydor Studios in London in early 1969; on it, the band kick the tempo up a bit and add a psychedelic intro by Peter Banks and Tony Kaye.
The YouTuber who uploaded the audio says that depending on reaction to this one, we may get more like it.
