The memorial service for former Premier John Horgan is set for 1pm Sunday at The Q Centre in Colwood; a media release from the province indicates that if you wish to attend, you’ll need a ticket. There’s no charge for those tickets, but there’s a limit of two per person. Doors will open at 1145am on Sunday, and the service will start at 1pm.
